By train till the station of Bruges - then by bus - line 58 : Bruges - Eeklo- Gent - there is a busstop right in front of the abbey.

From Brussels : take the E40 and leave it at Aalter -follow direction Knokke-Heist - until Maldegem -there follow direction Bruges, by Sijsele- Male is along the national route N9 just 2,5km past Sijsele.

From Bruges take the ring - and leave at 'Kruispoort' follow the N9 direction Maldegem and Sijsele (6km distance )

From the Belgian Coast : Knokke-Heist follow the N49 -E 34 until Maldegem- than follow the N9 in the direction of Bruges
